- Section 1 of the Act introduces the Schedule, which sets out the amendments to existing legislation to establish an entitlement to Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay.
Section 2: Extent, commencement and short title
- Section 2 sets out the extent and short title of the Act and makes provision for commencement.
Schedule
- The Schedule consists of three Parts which are explained in more detail below:
- Part 1 creates a statutory entitlement to Parental Bereavement Leave;
- Part 2 creates a statutory entitlement to Parental Bereavement Pay; and
- Part 3 contains related amendments.
