The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and (9) and 4(1) of the Trade Act 2021(1).
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 2 to the Trade Act 2021.
2021 c. 10. The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is, as a Minister of the Crown, an “appropriate authority” within the meaning given in section 5(1).
