The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(2), 10(3) and (4) of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004(1).
In accordance with section 10(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
