1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety (Miscellaneous Revocations) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 14th January 2013.
2. The following instruments are revoked:
(a)Regulations, dated 2nd January 1913, for the Manufacture and Decoration of Pottery;(6)
(b)The Employment Medical Advisory Service (Factories Act Legislation Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1979;(7)
(c)Health and Safety (Foundries etc.) (Metrication) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982;(8)
(d)Non-ferrous Metals (Melting and Founding) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1964;(9)
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke four Statutory Rules. The four instruments contain provisions which have in large part been revoked by other instruments or contain amendments to instruments which have been subsequently revoked. More recent legislation now applies in relation to activities the subject of the instruments.
