The Contracting Out (Functions Relating to Child Support) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

Coming into operation
3rd July 2006
This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 17(1) of the Deregulation and Contracting Out (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1), and now vested in the Department for Social Development(2).
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions has made an Order under section 69 of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994(3).
Accordingly, the Department for Social Development makes the following Order:

S.I. 1996/1632 (N.I. 11); Article 17(1) was amended by section 7(1) of the Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2002 (c. 10 (N.I.))
