Changes to Legislation

5Pwerau cydlafurioLL+C
(1)Mae gan gorff addysg y pwerau yn is-adran (2) er mwyn cyflawni neu ei gwneud yn hwylus i gyflawni—
(a)ei ddyletswydd o dan adran 3,
(b)ei ddyletswydd o dan adran 33K o Ddeddf Dysgu a Medrau 2000,
(c)ei ddyletswydd o dan adran 116J o Ddeddf Addysg 2002, neu
(d)dyletswydd corff addysg arall o dan y darpariaethau hynny.
(2)Y pwerau yw—
(a)darparu cymorth ariannol (p'un ai ar ffurf grant neu fenthyciad) i unrhyw berson;
(b)ymrwymo i drefniadau neu gytundebau ag unrhyw berson;
(c)cydweithredu â'r person hwnnw, neu hwyluso neu gydgysylltu ei weithgareddau;
(d)arfer (p'un ai ar ei ben ei hun neu ar y cyd) unrhyw un neu rai o swyddogaethau unrhyw berson ar ran y person hwnnw;
(e)gwneud trefniadau i unrhyw un neu rai o swyddogaethau'r corff addysg gael ei gyflawni neu eu cyflawni gydag un neu ragor o gyrff addysg eraill, neu gan un neu ragor o gyrff addysg eraill;
(f)gwneud trefniadau i unrhyw un neu rai o swyddogaethau'r corff addysg gael ei gyflawni neu eu cyflawni gan gyd-bwyllgorau dau neu ragor o gyrff addysg;
(g)darparu staff, nwyddau, gwasanaethau neu lety i unrhyw berson;
(h)rhannu a defnyddio gwybodaeth er mwyn arfer unrhyw bwerau cydweithio.
(3)O ran y pwerau hyn—
(a)nid ydynt yn lleihau effaith unrhyw bwerau eraill corff addysg, a
(b)maent yn ddarostyngedig i ddarpariaeth a wneir o dan adran 6.
