Y niferoedd o ddisgyblion fyddai’r niferoedd a bennid ar ddyddiad penodol mewn blwyddyn ysgol. Unwaith y diffinnir ysgol fach a gynhelir, bydd modd i Weinidogion Cymru gyfarwyddo ysgolion o’r fath i ffedereiddio.
