44.Mae’r adran hon yn caniatáu i Weinidogion Cymru bennu safon cadw cofnodion ar gyfer cwynion sy’n ymwneud â’r Gymraeg heblaw cwynion ynghylch sut mae person wedi cydymffurfio â safonau eraill o dan amgylchiadau penodol. Mae hefyd yn caniatáu i Weinidogion Cymru wneud rheoliadau sy’n pennu gwahanol safonau o’r math y cyfeirir atynt yn adran 26 mewn perthynas ag ymddygiad gwahanol.
