(a)ar gollfarn ddiannod, i ddirwy nad yw'n uwch na lefel 5 ar y raddfa safonol, neu garchar am gyfnod nad yw'n [F2hwy na’r terfyn cyffredinol yn y llys ynadon (yng Nghymru a Lloegr)], neu'r ddau, neu
