1.—(1) The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1 of schedule 3 (devolved public bodies)—

(a)omit the entry for “NHS Health Scotland”, and

(b)after “The Poverty and Inequality Commission” insert “Public Health Scotland”.
