correcting certain language versions of Delegated Regulations (EU) No 1059/2010, (EU) No 1060/2010, (EU) No 1061/2010, (EU) No 1062/2010, (EU) No 626/2011, (EU) No 392/2012 and (EU) No 874/2012 with regard to the labelling of certain energy-related products

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2017 setting a framework for energy labelling and repealing Directive 2010/30/EU(1), and in particular Article 16 thereof,

Whereas:

(1) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1059/2010(2) contain errors in points 1(1)(IV) and 1(1)(V) of Annex I as regards the information on annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year and annual water consumption (AWC ) in litres per year to be included in the energy label for household dishwashers, and in points 1(f) and 1(i) of Annex II as regards the information on annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year and annual water consumption (AWC ) in litres per year in the product fiche of household dishwashers which is to be included in the product brochure or other literature provided with the product.

(2) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1059/2010 contain an error in point 1(c) of Annex IV as regards the information on annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year to be provided for household dishwashers in the cases where end-users cannot be expected to see the product displayed.

(3) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1059/2010 contain an error in point 1(d) of Annex IV as regards the information on annual water consumption (AWC ) in litres per year to be provided for household dishwashers in the cases where end-users cannot be expected to see the product displayed.

(4) The Italian language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1059/2010 contains an error in point 1(c)(ii) of Annex VII as regards the calculation in kWh per year of the standard annual energy consumption (SAEC ) of certain household dishwashers.

(5) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1059/2010 contain an error in point 3 of Annex VII as regards the calculation in litres of the annual water consumption (AWC ) of household dishwaters.

(6) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1060/2010(3) contain an error in point 1(1)(IV) of Annex II as regards the information on annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year to be included in the energy label for household refrigerating appliances classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to C.

(7) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1060/2010 contain an error in point 1(f) of Annex III as regards the information on annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year in the product fiche of household refrigerating appliances which is to be included in the product brochure or other literature provided with the product.

(8) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1060/2010 contain an error in point 1(b) of Annex V as regards the information on the annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year to be provided for household refrigerating appliances in the cases where end-users cannot be expected to see the product displayed.

(9) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010(4) contain errors in points 1(1)(IV) and 1(1)(V) of Annex I as regards the information on weighted annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year and weighted annual water consumption (AWC ) in litres per year to be included in the energy label for household washing machines.

(10) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010 contain errors in points 1(f) and 1(i) of Annex II as regards the information on weighted annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year and weighted annual water consumption (AWC ) in litres per year in the product fiche of household washing machines which is to be included in the product brochure or other literature provided with the product.

(11) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010 contain an error in point 1(c) of Annex IV as regards the information on weighted annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year to be provided for household washing machines in the cases where end-users cannot be expected to see the product displayed.

(12) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010 contain an error in point 1(d) of Annex IV as regards the information on weighted annual water consumption (AWC ) in litres per year to be provided for household washing machines in the cases where end-users cannot be expected to see the product displayed.

(13) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010 contain errors in point 2 of Annex VII as regards the calculation in litres of weighted annual water consumption (AWC ) of household washing machines.

(14) The German language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010 contains an error in point 3 of Annex VII as regards the calculation in percentage of weighted remaining moisture content (D) of household washing machines.

(15) The Greek language version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1062/2010(5) contains an error in point 1(a)(IV) of Annex V as regards the information on on-mode power consumption in Watts to be included in the energy label for televisions.

(16) The Italian language version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011(6) contains errors in points (c), (d) and (e) of Article 4 as regards references to the energy efficiency class in advertisements and technical promotional material for air conditioners and references to single duct air conditioners in packaging, product documentation and promotional or advertisement material.

(17) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 1.1(a)(V), 1.1(a)(VI), 1.1(a)(VII) and 1.1(a)(VIII) of Annex III as regards the information on design load in kW for cooling mode, design load in kW for heating mode, seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) value for cooling mode and seasonal coefficient of performance (SCOP) value for heating mode to be included in the energy label for reversible air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A to G.

(18) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 1.1(a)(IX) of Annex III as regards the information on annual energy consumption in kWh per year to be included in the energy label for reversible air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A to G.

(19) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 1.5(iv)(10) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the SCOP and SEER values for reversible air conditioners.

(20) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 2.1(a)(V) and 2.1(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on design load for cooling in kW and the SEER value to be included in the energy label for cooling-only air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A to G.

(21) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 2.1(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on annual energy consumption in kWh per year to be included in the energy label for cooling-only air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A to G.

(22) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 2.5(iv)(10) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the SEER value for cooling-only air conditioners.

(23) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 3.1(a)(V) and 3.1(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on design load for heating in kW and the SCOP value to be included in the energy label for heating-only air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A to G.

(24) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 3.1(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on annual energy consumption in kWh per year to be included in the energy label for heating-only air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A to G.

(25) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 3.5(iv)(9) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the SCOP values for heating-only air conditioners.

(26) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 4.1(a)(V) and 4.1(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on rated capacity for cooling and heating mode in kW and on the rated energy efficiency ratio (EERrated) and the rated coefficient of performance (COPrated) values to be included in the energy label for reversible double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(27) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 4.1(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on hourly energy consumption in kWh per 60 minutes to be included in the energy label for reversible double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(28) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 4.2(iv)(11) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the coefficient of performance (COP) and energy efficiency ratio (EER) values for reversible double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(29) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 4.3(a)(V) and 4.3(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on rated capacity for cooling in kW and the EERrated value to be included in the energy label for cooling-only double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(30) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 4.3(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on hourly energy consumption in kWh per 60 minutes to be included in the energy label for cooling-only double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(31) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 4.4(iv)(11) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the EER value for cooling-only double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(32) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 4.5(a)(V) and 4.5(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on rated capacity for heating in kW and the COPrated value to be included in the energy label for heating-only double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(33) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 4.5(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on hourly energy consumption in kWh per 60 minutes to be included in the energy label for heating-only double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(34) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 4.6(iv)(11) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the COP value for heating-only double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(35) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 5.1(a)(V) and 5.1(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on rated capacity for cooling and heating mode in kW and the EERrated and COPrated values to be included in the energy label for reversible single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(36) Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contains errors in point 5.1(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on hourly energy consumption in kWh per 60 minutes to be included in the energy label for reversible single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D. All language versions are affected by those errors.

(37) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, German, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 5.2(iv)(11) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the EER and COP values for reversible single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(38) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 5.3(a)(V) and 5.3(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on rated capacity for cooling in kW and the EERrated value to be included in the energy label for cooling-only single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(39) Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contains errors in point 5.3(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on hourly energy consumption in kWh per 60 minutes to be included in the energy label for cooling-only single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D. All language versions are affected by those errors.

(40) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 5.4(iv)(11) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the EER value for cooling-only single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(41) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain errors in points 5.5(a)(V) and 5.5(a)(VI) of Annex III as regards the information on rated capacity for heating in kW and the COPrated value to be included in the energy label for heating-only single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(42) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 5.5(a)(VII) of Annex III as regards the information on hourly energy consumption in kWh per 60 minutes to be included in the energy label for heating-only single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(43) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 contain an error in point 5.6(iv)(11) of Annex III as regards the requirements to be fulfilled for the design of the label regarding the COP value for heating-only single duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D.

(44) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012(7) contain an error in point 1.1(IV) of Annex I as regards the information on weighted annual energy consumption (AEC ) in kWh per year to be included in the energy label for air-vented household tumble driers.

(45) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 contain errors in point 1(f) of Annex II as regards the information on weighted annual energy consumption (AEC ) in the product fiche of electric mains-operated household tumble driers and the information on weighted annual energy consumption (AEC(Gas) and AEC(Gas)el ) in the product fiche of household gas-fired tumble driers, which is to be included in the product brochure or other literature provided with the product, and in point 1(f)(i) of Annex III as regards the technical parameters for measurement of weighted annual energy consumption (AEC(Gas) and AEC(Gas)el ) of household gas-fired tumble driers to be included in the technical documentation referred to in Article 3(c) of that Delegated Regulation.

(46) The Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian and Spanish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 contain errors in point 1(d) of Annex IV as regards the information on weighted annual energy consumption (AEC ) to be provided for electric mains-operated household tumble driers and the information on the weighted annual energy consumption (AEC(Gas) and AEC(Gas)el ) to be provided for household gas-fired tumble driers, in the cases where end-users cannot be expected to see the product displayed, and in point 1(f) of that Annex as regards the information on energy consumption (Edry, Edry½, Egdry, Egdry½, Egdry,a, Egdry½,a ) of the standard cotton programme at full and partial load to be provided for household tumble driers in the cases where end-users cannot be expected to see the product displayed.

(47) Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 contains an error in the second paragraph of point 2 of Annex VI as regards the weighted condensation efficiency (Ct ) of a condenser household tumble drier. All language versions are affected by this error.

(48) The Croatian, Dutch, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 874/2012(8) contain errors in point 1(2)(IV) of Annex I as regards the information on weighted energy consumption (EC ) in kWh per 1 000 hours to be included in the energy label for electrical lamps.

(49) The Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Estonian, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish language versions of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 874/2012 contain an error in point 1(b) of Annex IV as regards the information on weighted energy consumption in kWh per 1 000 hours to be provided for electrical lamps in the cases where final owners cannot be expected to see the product displayed.

(50) The German language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 874/2012 contains an error in second and third paragraphs of part 1 of Annex VII as regards the calculation of the energy efficiency index (EEI) of a lamp model.

(51) Delegated Regulations (EU) No 1059/2010, (EU) No 1060/2010, (EU) No 1061/2010, (EU) No 1062/2010, (EU) No 626/2011, (EU) No 392/2012 and (EU) No 874/2012 should therefore be corrected accordingly.

(52) Delegated Regulations (EU) No 1059/2010, (EU) No 1060/2010, (EU) No 1061/2010, (EU) No 1062/2010, (EU) No 626/2011, (EU) No 392/2012 and (EU) No 874/2012 have been adopted using the same legal basis. They concern related requirements with respect to specific groups of energy-related products. In order to ensure that the errors in those related acts are addressed in a coherent manner, those Delegated Regulations should be corrected by a single act,
