Amendment of the Budget (Scotland) Act 2006

2.—(1) The Budget (Scotland) Act 2006 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (6).

(2) In section 3 (overall cash authorisations)–

(a) in relation to the Scottish Administration, for “£24,720,048,000” substitute “£24,538,791,000”;

(b) in relation to the Forestry Commissioners, for “£78,733,000” substitute “£70,433,000”;

(c) in relation to the Food Standards Agency, for “£10,381,000” substitute “£10,356,000”; and

(d) in relation to Audit Scotland, for “£9,865,000” substitute “£10,166,000”.

(3) In schedule 1–

(a) in column 1 (purpose)–

(i) in relation to the first purpose after “Sewerage Charges Reduction scheme” delete “and” and at end insert “and the Drinking Water Quality Regulator for Scotland”;

(ii) in relation to the fourth purpose after “costs in relation to ports and harbours; support for” insert “and investment in”; and
