The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 40 (3) of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Electronic Monitoring Requirements (Responsible Officer) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 1 April 2009.

2. The person responsible for the monitoring under an electronic monitoring requirement shall be an employee of G4S Security Services (UK) Limited, Sutton Park House, 15 Carshalton Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LD [F1, or an employee of Buddi Limited, Talbot House, 17 Church Street, Rickmansworth (Herts) WD3 1DE] .

This Order specifies the person responsible for the electronic monitoring of a person’s compliance with an electronic monitoring requirement.
