30.This section amends section 15 of the Scotland Act 1998, which sets out the grounds on which a person is disqualified from becoming a member or continuing to be a member of the Scottish Parliament. Section 15 is amended so that a person who is subject to “any relevant notification requirements” or “a relevant sexual harm or risk order” is disqualified from membership of the Scottish Parliament.
