214 Review of decision by Accountant in Bankruptcy: grounds of appeal

(1) For the avoidance of doubt, an appeal under a provision mentioned in subsection (2) may be made on—

(a) a matter of fact,

(b) a point of law, or

(c) the merits.

(2) The provisions are—

(o) section 127(5),

(p) section 139(6),

(q) section 144(6),

(r) section 149(4),

(s) section 151(7),

(t) section 161(8),

(u) section 213(4), and

(v) paragraph 3(9) of schedule 2.
