Section 130 – The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service

257.Section 130 amends the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008 to create a merged organisation to provide administrative support for both courts and tribunals. The Scottish Court Service, which is a body corporate and Non-Ministerial Department within the Scottish Administration, is renamed as the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service.
