Table 1 lists the person responsible, in relation to each regulatory trigger event in section 4(4), for an application for the first registration of an unregistered croft. Table 2 lists the person responsible, in relation to each regulatory trigger event in section 5(3), for an application to amend the registration details of a registered croft.
