Delegation of functionsS

14(1)Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the Authority may authorise—S

(a)any of its committees; or

(b)any of its members of staff,

to perform on behalf of the Authority such of its functions as it may determine.

(3)A committee of the Authority may authorise—

(a)any of its sub-committees; or

(b)any of the Authority's members of staff,

to perform on behalf of the committee such of its functions as it may determine.
