4Adolygu safonau’r Gymraeg

(1)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru adolygu’r safonau a bennir o dan adran 26 o Fesur y Gymraeg (Cymru) 2011 (mccc 1) gyda golwg ar benderfynu a oes angen diwygio—
(a)un neu ragor o’r safonau sy’n ymwneud â gwella neu asesu sgiliau’r gweithlu o ran y Gymraeg er mwyn—
(i)hwyluso cyflawni targed a bennir o dan y Rhan hon, neu
(ii)adlewyrchu’r Cod ar ddisgrifio gallu yn y Gymraeg a lunnir gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan adran 6;
(b)un neu ragor o safonau hybu’r Gymraeg er mwyn hwyluso cyflawni targed a bennir o dan y Rhan hon.
(2)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru—
(a)ymgynghori â Chomisiynydd y Gymraeg yn rhan o’r adolygiad yn is-adran (1);
(b)cwblhau’r adolygiad o fewn y cyfnod o 12 mis sy’n dechrau â’r diwrnod ar ôl cyhoeddi’r Cod o dan adran 7 am y tro cyntaf.
