32Cymeradwyo cynlluniau strategol lleol Cymraeg mewn addysg

(1)Rhaid i awdurdod lleol gyflwyno ei gynllun strategol lleol Cymraeg mewn addysg i Weinidogion Cymru ar ffurf drafft.
(2)Wrth gyflwyno’r cynllun strategol lleol Cymraeg mewn addysg ar ffurf drafft, rhaid i’r awdurdod lleol ddarparu crynodeb o’r ymatebion i’r ymgynghoriad a wnaed o dan adran 30(5)(b), ac ymateb yr awdurdod lleol i’r ymgynghoriad hwnnw.
(3)Mewn perthynas â chynllun strategol lleol Cymraeg mewn addysg a gyflwynir ar ffurf drafft o dan is-adran (1), caiff Gweinidogion Cymru—
(a)cymeradwyo’r cynllun,
(b)cymeradwyo’r cynllun ag addasiadau y cytunwyd arnynt â’r awdurdod lleol, neu
(c)gwrthod y cynllun a rhoi cyfarwyddyd i’r awdurdod lleol i ailystyried y cynllun.
(4)Os yw Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwrthod cynllun strategol lleol Cymraeg mewn addysg ar ffurf drafft a gyflwynir o dan is-adran (1), rhaid i’r cyfarwyddyd—
(a)rhoi rhesymau dros y penderfyniad;
(b)pennu erbyn pryd y mae’n ofynnol i’r awdurdod lleol gyflwyno drafft pellach o’r cynllun i Weinidogion Cymru.
(5)Mae is-adrannau (3) a (4) yn gymwys i ddrafft pellach fel y maent yn gymwys i ddrafft a gyflwynir o dan is-adran (1).
