124.Mae adran 50 yn diwygio adran 48 o Ddeddf 2013 i alluogi Gweinidogion Cymru i ddyroddi cyfarwyddyd i oedi adolygiad sy’n cael ei gynnal o dan Ran 3 o Ddeddf 2013. Ni chaiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddefnyddio’r pŵer hwn i oedi adolygiad am gyfnod sy’n fwy na chyfanswm o 9 mis. Pan fydd adolygiad yn cael ei oedi, nid yw cyfnod yr oedi i’w ystyried at ddiben cyfrifo hyd y cyfnodau o dan adran 36B(2) i (5).
