32Pŵer i ddatgymhwyso dyletswydd i weithredu dewis disgybl: atodol

(1)Rhaid i bennaeth syʼn gwneud penderfyniad o dan adran 31 roiʼr wybodaeth a ddisgrifir yn is-adran (2)—

(a)i’r disgybl y maeʼr penderfyniad yn ymwneud ag ef, a

(b)i riant y disgybl.

(2)Yr wybodaeth yw—

(a)y ffaith bod y penderfyniad wedi ei wneud,

(b)effaith y penderfyniad,

(c)rhesymauʼr pennaeth dros wneud y penderfyniad,

(d)gwybodaeth am yr addysgu a dysgu a sicrheir iʼr disgybl yn lleʼr addysgu a dysgu y maeʼr penderfyniad wedi ei wneud mewn cysylltiad ag ef, ac

(e)gwybodaeth am yr hawl i ofyn am adolygiad, neu wneud apêl, o dan adran 33.

(3)Rhaid rhoiʼr wybodaeth yn ysgrifenedig.

(4)Nid ywʼr ddyletswydd yn is-adran (1)(a) yn gymwys os ywʼr pennaeth yn ystyried nad oes gan y disgybl o dan sylw y galluedd i ddeall—

(a)yr wybodaeth a roddid, neu

(b)yr hyn y maeʼn ei olygu i arfer yr hawliau a roddir gan adran 33.

(5)Caiff rheoliadau wneud darpariaeth bellach mewn cysylltiad â phenderfyniadau o dan adran 31.
