24.Mae’r adran hon yn galluogi Gweinidogion Cymru i wneud rheoliadau sy’n caniatáu i bleidleisio ar gyfer etholiad 2021 ddigwydd ar ddiwrnodau penodedig, yn ychwanegol at y diwrnod y bwriedir i’r pôl ar gyfer yr etholiad ddigwydd. Ond ni chaniateir diwrnodau pleidleisio ychwanegol ar gyfer etholiad y Senedd os yw diwrnod y pôl ar gyfer etholiad y Senedd 2021 ar yr un diwrnod â’r pôl ar gyfer etholiad comisiynwyr heddlu a throseddu yng Nghymru.
