(1)Yn adran 8 o Fesur 2011, ar ôl is-adran (1) mewnosoder—
“(1A)Rhaid i awdurdod lleol roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a ddyroddir gan Weinidogion Cymru ynghylch swyddogaeth yr awdurdod lleol o dan is-adran (1)(b).”
(2)Yn is-adran (4) o’r adran honno—
(a)hepgorer paragraff (b);
(b)ym mharagraff (c), yn lle “yr adran honno” rhodder “adran 5 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol a Thai 1989”.
(3)Yn adran 43(2) o Ddeddf Lleoliaeth 2011 (p. 20) (ystyr “chief officer” at ddibenion datganiadau ar bolisïau tâl), ar ddiwedd paragraff (e) mewnosoder “;
(f)its head of democratic services designated under section 8(1) of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 (designation by council of a county or county borough in Wales).”
