Adran 40 - Cyflwyno gweithdrefnau ymdrin â chwynion: cyffredinol

156.Mae'r adran hon yn rhoi pŵer i'r Ombwdsmon ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdod rhestredig gyflwyno'i weithdrefn ymdrin â chwynion cyn pen tri mis neu gyfnod arall a gyfarwyddir gan yr Ombwdsmon. Rhaid i'r awdurdod rhestredig gyflwyno ei weithdrefn o fewn y cyfnod hwnnw hyd yn oed os nad yw'r cyfnod a ganiateir ar gyfer cyflwyno'r weithdrefn o dan adran 38(3) neu 39(5) wedi dod i ben eto.

157.Hefyd, mae'n ofynnol i awdurdod rhestredig ddarparu gwybodaeth ychwanegol os gofynnir iddo wneud hynny. Mae hyn yn galluogi'r Ombwdsmon i gael darlun llawn o weithdrefn ymdrin â chwynion awdurdod rhestredig.
