239.Rhaid i awdurdod lleol ddarparu i Weinidogion Cymru yr wybodaeth y maent yn gofyn amdani at ddibenion arfer eu swyddogaethau o dan y Rhan hon. Os yw awdurdod yn methu â chydymffurfio â chais am ddarparu gwybodaeth cyn diwedd cyfnod penodedig, caiff Gweinidogion Cymru arfer swyddogaethau o dan y Rhan hon ar sail unrhyw ragdybiaethau ac amcangyfrifon y maent yn gweld yn dda. Gallai cais am wybodaeth gael ei wneud mewn perthynas â chyfrifo lefel taliad setlo.
