123.Wrth benderfynu addasrwydd, rhaid i awdurdod tai lleol roi sylw i Ran 1 o’r Ddeddf hon ac i’r Deddfau Seneddol eraill a restrir yn is-adran (1). Mae is-adran (2) yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r awdurdod, wrth benderfynu a yw llety’n addas ar gyfer person, roi sylw i p’un a yw’r llety yn fforddiadwy i’r person ai peidio.
