Adran 93 – Gwybodaeth am wasanaethau cwnsela annibynnol eraill

108.Mae'r adran hon yn galluogi Gweinidogion Cymru i gael gwybodaeth gan awdurdod lleol ynghylch ei wasanaeth cwnsela annibynnol. Mae is-adrannau (1) a (2) yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdod lleol gydymffurfio â chyfarwyddyd gan Weinidogion Cymru drwy ddarparu a chrynhoi gwybodaeth ynglŷn â’r gwasanaeth cwnsela. Mae is-adran (3) yn atal datgelu pwy yw unigolyn dynodedig ac mae is-adran (4) yn nodi’r sefyllfa pan nad yr awdurdod lleol yw’r person sy’n darparu’r gwasanaeth cwnsela.
