The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers contained in section 26 of the Fire Services Act 19471, section 12 of the Superannuation Act 19722 as applied by section 16(3) of that Act3, sections 36, 53, 60 and 62 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 20044, and section 259(1), (2)(c) and (4)(b) of the Civil Partnership Act 20045:
