11 Corporations, tenents for life, trustees, committees, &c. empowered to agree. U.K.
All corporations and all . . . F1F2 trustees for charitable or other purposes of any lands required F3. . . to be kept free from buildings, [F1and all . . . F2], and the . . . F1, guardians, trustees, . . . F4, and attorneys of such of the owners of or other persons interested in any such lands as may be [F2 . . . F1infants . . . F4F5or] beyond the seas, or otherwise incapable of acting for themselves, may agree with the said Secretary of State as to the amount of such compensation to be paid for F3. . . any damage sustained in respect thereof.
All agreements made and acts done by such corporations and persons respectively in relation to such compensation shall be valid and effectual in law to all intents and purposes whatsoever.
