And whereas it is expedient to make provision, at the rate of [F1£15,000 a year] for each and every succeeding year F2..., to defray the charge of [F3such pensions payable under this section as may be granted by Her Majesty]: Be it therefore enacted, that it shall be lawful for the Treasury to charge upon and issue quarterly out of the said consolidated fund F4... such sums as shall be required to defray the charge of such pensions as may be granted as aforesaid, at the rate of [F1£15,000 a year] for every succeeding year F5....
