And be it enacted, That every Sequestration issued under the Provisions of this Act shall have Priority, and the Sums to be thereby recovered shall be paid and satisfied in preference to all other Sequestrations, and the Sums to be thereby recovered, except such Sequestrations as shall be founded on Judgments duly docketed before the passing of this Act, and also except such Sequestrations as shall have been issued before any Sequestration under this Act under the Provisions of an Act passed in the Seventeenth Year of the Reign of King George the Third, for promoting the Residence of the Parochial Clergy, and the Monies to be recovered by such excepted Sequestrations respectively.
