Section seven of the [25 & 26 Geo. 5. c. 24.] Finance Act, 1935 (which provides for the exemption from customs duty of cinematograph films entitled to such exemption under the Convention for facilitating the international circulation of films of an educational character signed on behalf of His Majesty at Geneva on the eleventh day of October, nineteen hundred and thirty-three) shall have effect as if the functions conferred by that Convention on the International Educational Cinematographic Institute had been conferred on the Committee of the League of Nations known as the International Committee on Intellectual Co-operation.
