And be it further enacted, That every Person who shall poll a Second Time, or offer to poll a Second Time at the same Election, for any County of a City or County of a Town, or who shall personate any other Person, for the Purpose of polling at such Election, shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon being thereof convicted shall be imprisoned for any Term not more than Two Years, at the Discretion of the Judge or Judges who shall try such Person.
