E1Sch. 10 extends to England and Wales only except that the repeal of Domestic and Appellate Proceedings (Restriction of Publicity) Act 1968 (c. 63, SIF 39:1) s. 2(1)(b) extends also to Scotland see s. 66(4)(b).
