5The members of Scottish Enterprise shall be—
(a)not less than eight, nor more than eleven, persons appointed under this sub-paragraph by the Secretary of State (regard being had to the principle that equality of opportunity should be promoted as between men and women) from persons who appear to him to have knowledge or experience relevant to the discharge of the functions of the body; and
(b)the person who is for the time being the chief executive of the body.
