Section 12(1).
1In section 16(2)(b)(i) of the [1950 c. 37.] Maintenance Orders Act 1950, for the words " under section 26 of the Succession (Scotland) Act 1964" there shall be substituted the words " an order for the payment of a periodical allowance under section 26 of the Succession (Scotland) Act 1964 or section 5 of the Divorce (Scotland) Act 1976. ".
2In section 33(2) of the [1964 c. 41.] Succession (Scotland) Act 1964 there shall be added at the end the words " or section 5 of the Divorce (Scotland) Act 1976 ".
3In section 8(1) of the [1966 c. 19.] Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1966, at the end of paragraph (c), there shall be added the words " or under section 5 of the Divorce (Scotland) Act 1976 ".
4In section 11(4) of the [1968 c. 70.] Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968, for the words from " administering " to the end of the subsection there shall be substituted the words " receiving evidence from the pursuer ".
5In Schedule 2 to the [1973 c. 45.] Domicile and Matrimonial Proceedings Act 1973, after paragraph 12 there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“12ASection 5 (orders for financial provision) and section 6 (orders relating to settlements and other dealings) of the Divorce (Scotland) Act 1976.”
