21(1)For the purposes of section 2 of the [1911 c. 28.] Official Secrets Act 1911 membership of, or any office or employment under, the authority shall be deemed to be an office under Her Majesty, and a contract with the authority shall be deemed to be a contract with Her Majesty; and, as from the appointed day, any telegraph, telephone, wireless or signal station or office belonging to, or occupied by, the authority shall be a prohibited place for the purposes of that Act.
(2)Section 5 of the [1920 c. 75.] Official Secrets Act 1920 shall not apply to the authority; and, as from the appointed day, the reference in subsection (6) of that section to the Postmaster General shall be construed as referring to the authority.
