12Any person who fails to send a return in accordance with the provisions of this Part of this Schedule, or who knowingly gives in any such return sent by him any information which is false or misleading, or who certifies any such return knowing it to contain such information, shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds.
