14(1)No person shall be admitted to vote at any polling station except at the one allotted to him:
Provided that where an elector for any electoral area is employed by the returning officer for any purpose in connection with an election for that area and the circumstances of the employment are, in the opinion of the rerunning officer, such as to prevent the elector from voting at the poling station at which he would otherwise be entitled to vote, the returning officer may authorise the elector by a written authorisation to vote at any other poling station in the area, and that polling station shall be deemed to be the polling station allotted to that elector.
