This is the original version (as it was originally enacted). This item of legislation is currently only available in its original format.
And be it enacted, That in all Cases of Rectories having Vicarages endowed or Perpetual Curacies the Residence of the Vicar or Perpetual Curate in the Rectory House of such Benefice shall be deemed a legal Residence to all Intents and Purposes whatever; provided that the House belonging to the Vicarage or Perpetual Curacy be kept in proper Repair to the Satisfaction of the Bishop of the Diocese.
