11.—(1) Section 46 (functions of Chief Inspector) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.
(2) In subsection (1), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)the National Crime Agency,”.
(3) After subsection (3) insert—
“(3A) An inspection of the National Crime Agency carried out by the Chief Inspector may cover only the exercise of functions of that Agency in Northern Ireland.”
