Revocations
2.—(1) The following are revoked—
(a)the Thurrock Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2003(1);
(b)the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004(2); and
(c)article 2 of the WNDC Order.
(2) The West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2011(3) is revoked with effect from 31st July 2014.
(3) So much of the WNDC Order as has not been revoked is revoked with effect from 31st July 2014.
(4) In this article “the WNDC Order” means the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004(4).
