24. In the case of an applicant who lives in two gender roles and is applying for details of both genders to be entered in the Register, a report from a registered medical practitioner or a chartered psychologist practicing in the field of gender dysphoria that the individual has a need to live at least part of their life in a gender other that recorded on the current birth certificate.
