16. For paragraph 31(e) of Schedule 4 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) substitute—
“(e)the National Health Service Commissioning Board established by section 1H of the National Health Service Act 2006(1) or a clinical commissioning group established under section 14D of the National Health Service Act 2006(2).”.
2006 c.41. Section 1H was inserted by section 9(1) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (c.7) and amended by S.I.2012/1831.
Section 14D was inserted by section 25(1) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
