43.—(1) Any payment or repayment made—
(a)under regulation 3, 5 or 11 of the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2003(1) (travelling expenses and health service supplies);
(b)under regulation 5, 6 or 12 of the National Health Service (Travel Expenses and Remission of Charges) Regulations 2003(2) (travelling expenses and health service supplies); and
(c)under regulation 5, 6 or 11 of the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Wales) Regulations 2007(3) (travelling expenses and health service supplies),
but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt of the payment or repayment.
(2) Any payment or repayment made by the Scottish Ministers, the Secretary of State for Health or the Welsh Ministers which is analogous to a payment or repayment mentioned in sub‑paragraph (1), but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt of the payment or repayment.
