1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2011 Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order, “the 2011 Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2011.
2. In section 3 (overall cash authorisations) of the 2011 Act—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “£30,704,780,000” substitute “£30,737,019,000”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for “£65,900,000” substitute “£61,955,000”;
(c)in paragraph (c), for “£10,800,000” substitute “£9,980,000”; and
(d)in paragraph (d), for “£75,293,000” substitute “£75,461,000”.
3.—(1) The table in schedule 1 (the Scottish Administration) to the 2011 Act is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In column 1 (purposes)—
(a)in purpose 3—
(i)for “Health and Wellbeing” substitute “Health, Wellbeing and Cities Strategy”;
(ii)omit “; central government grants to local authorities”;
(iii)after “delivery” insert “and legacy”; and
(iv)omit “; programmes promoting social inclusion”;
(b)in purpose 6—
(i)after “market support” insert “, including grants in relation to agriculture”;
