This Order empowers the Fraserburgh Harbour Commissioners to construct and maintain works in Fraserburgh Harbour.
The Order authorises the Commissioners to close temporarily the area of the proposed works for the purpose of carrying out the works.
The Order revises the constitution and makes amendments to the procedure for electing Commissioners, and removes a restriction on the term for which a Commissioner may hold office.
The Order removes a limit on the Commissioners’ borrowing powers.
The Order, together with the certified plans, sections and elevations may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of the Commissioners at Harbour Office, Shore Street, Fraserburgh, AB43 9BR.
