1. These Regulations may be cited as the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st May 2012.
2. At the end of regulation 4(k) (specified documents) of the Charities References in Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2007(1) insert—
“;
(l)the home web page on a website operated by or on behalf of the charity”.
