EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends and replaces the Schedule to the Fees in the Registers of Scotland Order 1995 (“the Schedule”) to provide for new fees for services provided by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland.

The changes to the fees in the Schedule are as follows:
